Hi Everyone I’m Lily Gagliardi, and I am dedicated to helping you become happier and healthier!  From tips and tricks to recipes and entertaining we’ve got it all here to help encourage you to make a change today towards your best self.  When you eat well and exercise not only do you feel better, but you look better inside and out, and who doesn’t want that?!  Healthy living isn’t a chore, it’s a way of life and I’m here to help make it easier for you!

I have first hand experience living with a congenital heart condition, which is what initially motivated me to live a healthier life.  A few years after I had surgery in high school to correct my condition, I started Lily’s Kids Inc. A Non-profit Organization for Children (LKI) to bring awareness and help prevent heart disease in children, youth, and their families.  Through my work with LKI, I began to focus on motivating others to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors that help prevent heart disease including physical activity, healthy eating, and not smoking.

In an effort to continue my outreach, I enrolled at the Institute For Integrative Nutrition® (IIN®) to become a health coach.  My training has covered over 100 dietary theories and different tools and techniques to utilize with clients to ensure lasting results.  As a young professional I am aware of the various daily obstacles faced that discourage us from selecting the healthiest choices, and I’m here to help you make the changes you want to live your happiest and healthiest life!  As a health coach I will work with you to tackle these concerns and help put you on your path to your best self.

I’m looking forward to sharing new recipes and blog posts to help encourage healthy living along with videos to accompany you on your journey!  Always remember, we all have a unique and special path in life and no matter where yours takes you enjoy the adventure!!
